Documents Not Acceptable via Electronic Recording:

  • Deeds of Assumption
  • Deeds of Gift and Assumption
  • Deeds of Exchange
  • Deeds Arising out of a Contract
  • Plats
  • Documents that require manual calculations (example: multiple jurisdictions)

The Clerk’s Office is currently equipped to accept electronic documents through Simplifile and CSC, leaders in the electronic recording industry.
