The Senior Law Clinic is for Chesterfield’s eligible older adults, veterans and individuals with disabilities who have never had their legal documents prepared. Eligible residents must have a yearly income of less than $56,400 for a household of one or $64,450 for a household of two.
Co-sponsored by the Chesterfield Bar Association and Williams Mullen, documents are prepared by volunteer attorneys and all information is confidential. Documents available for preparation include a simple will, durable power of attorney and advanced medical directive.
