Cogbill/Hopkins Park-and-Ride Lot

About

Federal funds will be used to construct a park-and-ride lot on Cogbill Road east of Hopkins Road at the Fulghum Center. A sidewalk will be constructed on Cogbill Road from the park-and-ride lot to Hopkins Road.

Traffic Impacts

Cogbill Road and Hopkins Road will remain open to traffic at all times. Alternating lane closures will be necessary during construction.

Project Timeline

Construction has begun and is anticipated to be complete in summer 2023.
