Notice Regarding Court Closure June 27-29
Due to a power failure, Circuit Court and General District Courts were closed Monday, June 27 through Wednesday, June 29. Cases originally scheduled in both Courts will be rescheduled and parties will be notified of the new date. Both Courts resumed normal operations June 30.
When the Clerk’s Office is closed pursuant to court order, transactions cannot be processed. Upon re-opening, land record recordings will be processed in the order received. Time-sensitive closing documents will be recorded on June 30.

Note
Recording hours are subject to change in the event of inclement weather or holiday closings. Filing parties are encouraged to call the Clerk's Office in advance to ascertain any deviation from normal recording hours.
Filings
The Court does not accept case-related filings via the internet, email or fax. Filings are accepted via mail, courier or hand delivery.
Location
The Circuit Court Clerk's Office is on the first floor of the Courts Building located at the intersection of Ironbridge Road (Route 10) and Courthouse Road. The Courthouse is a large brick building with white columns and a circular drive.
Parking
Parking is permitted in any area except those that are gated, marked "reserved," or designated for jurors. There is no fee for parking.
