Route 60 (Spring Rock Green to Ruthers Road)

Federal Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) funds will be used to add vehicle safety and operational improvements as well as pedestrian facilities and signals along Midlothian Turnpike (Route 60) from Spring Rock Green to Ruthers Road. A "Willingness to hold a Public Hearing" was advertised in March of 2022 and the comment period ended April 1, 2022. There is general support for the project.

Traffic Impacts

The project will be built under traffic with lane closures.

Project Timeline

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2024.
