Early Settlers Sidewalk (Robious Rd – Hospital/Park)

About

A five-foot wide concrete sidewalk with curb and gutter will be constructed along Early Settlers Road from Robious Road to 1445 South. Project will include crosswalks and pedestrian-actuated signal at Robious Road/Early Settlers Road. This is an extension of existing sidewalk on Robious Road and the first phase towards improving pedestrian access near Johnston Willis Hospital.

Traffic Impacts

Early Settlers Road will remain open at all times though alternating lane closures, during off peak hours, may be required.

Project Timeline

Preliminary engineering is underway and construction is anticipated to begin 2024.
