Real Property Office

The Real Property Office is responsible for acquiring easements and land for county use, reviewing site plans and subdivision plats to ensure all necessary easements and rights of way are obtained and for recording subdivision plats. Additionally, the office processes the following:

Submit Easement Plats

Using the Community Development Enterprise Land Management (ELM) citizen access portal, customers can submit easement plats to the Real Property Office as a PDF document. Requests also can be made online to the Real Property Office for processing agreements. Learn more about ELM.
