Emma, age 5, is passionate about keeping her neighborhood clean. While riding in a jogging stroller, Emma became driven to clean up all the trash along the roadway and in the ditches in her neighborhood. Emma is now an active member of the county’s Adopt-A-Spot program. The Keep Chesterfield Beautiful team appreciates her dedication in beautifying a piece of Chesterfield County.
