CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are investigating bank robbery that occurred at the Atlantic Union Bank at 209 Stonebridge Plaza Avenue on Thursday, Jan. 16. No one was injured during the incident.
Police said that at about 5:29 p.m. today, a male suspect entered the business, approached a teller, and displayed a note. Upon receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled on foot. No weapons were displayed during this incident.
The suspect is described as a light skinned black male with short hair. He was last seen wearing a black coat with a fur hood, camouflage pants, and tan and white shoes.
