CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police have obtained warrants for a former Chesterfield County Public Schools contractor for five counts of use of a communication device to solicit a minor. The suspect was arrested in Fairfax, Va., last month.
On July 16, police were advised by the principal of Clover Hill High School about a student who reported inappropriate text messaging. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Antwon L. Chavis, while a temporary contract worker at Clover Hill High School, exchanged inappropriate images with multiple juvenile male students.
Chavis, 37, of the 5800 block of Trinity Place in Centreville, Va., was arrested on Jan. 17, 2020, by authorities in Fairfax County, Va.
