CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield Police are searching for a missing man who was last seen on Saturday, July 3rd.
Carroll Scruggs, 82, was last seen by relatives at his residence in the 8800 block of Torrey Pines Drive at about 9:45 p.m. on Saturday. Scruggs is described as a bald white male, about 6 feet tall and weighing about 170 pounds. Scruggs is possibly wearing a maroon shirt and blue jeans and a Redskins baseball hat.
