CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are investigating a domestic-related fatal shooting in the 7400 block of Barkbridge Road. At about 2:06 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, police located one victim in the front yard of a residence suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. When police made entry into the residence, two additional victims were located.
One victim was transported from the scene to an area hospital with injuries that are non-life threatening. The other two victims were pronounced deceased on-scene. The identities of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
