Summary
Amendment of prior zoning case (Case 16SN0690) to modify the master plan, development standards (including setbacks and buffers), and road dedications. An exception to phase utility connections for the development is requested. In addition, two additional parcels request zoning approval to be incorporated into the proposed indoor/outdoor recreational development previously approved in Case 16SN0690 for FC Richmond.
On December 21, 2022, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0021 on Property located at 17101, 17201, and 17301 Genito Road.?FC Richmond is requesting an amendment of prior zoning case (Case 16SN0690) to modify the master plan, development standards (including setbacks and buffers), and road dedications. In addition, two additional parcels request zoning approval to be incorporated into the proposed indoor/outdoor recreational development previously approved in Case 16SN0690 for FC Richmond. An outdoor recreational facility is planned on 84.1 acres.
This community meeting will be held at virtually beginning at 6:00pm.
