Community Enhancement annually allocates federal grant funding to project:HOMES, a nonprofit organization, for home repairs to income-eligible homeowners in Chesterfield County. In 2018, the county’s code enforcement team assisted a Clover Hill District homeowner in connecting with project:HOMES to address their property maintenance issues on the exterior of their home. The homeowner was extremely thankful for the beautiful work that project:HOMES.
