CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at Shell Gas Station at 13101 Hull Street Road at about 8:32 a.m. on Saturday, April 23. No one was injured during the incident.
Police said a man walked into the Shell armed with a knife and robbed the business. The suspect took cash and was last seen running across the parking lot.
Police believe this is the second time the same suspect has robbed this Shell station within days of each other. The first robbery occurred on Tuesday, April 19, at 8:49 a.m. During the first robbery, the suspect displayed a knife and got away with cash.
Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect in the first incident. Police also have video surveillance from the second incident. The suspect is described as a black male, about 6 feet tall and weighing about 165 pounds. He was wearing black pants, a dark blue colored sweatshirt with the word "Navy" on the front and a black colored facemask in the first incident. During the second incident, the suspect wore a blue colored sweatshirt, red knit style hat, black pants, and blue surgical style facemask.
