On August 11, 2022, an in-person community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0060 for 16200 Beach Road. The applicant for this case, DR Horton, is requesting to rezone the property from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) with conditional use planned development to permit a cluster lot housing community.
This community meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Woodlake United Methodist Church at 15640 Hampton Park Drive, Chesterfield, Virginia 23832.
