Summary

Rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) to permit a single-family subdivision. Initial proposal includes up to 46 dwellings.

On August 29, 2022, an in-person community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0060 for 16200 Beach Road. The applicant for this case, DR Horton, is requesting to rezone the property from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) with conditional use planned development to permit a cluster lot housing community.

This community meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Bethia United Methodist Church in the Sanctuary, located at 10700 Winterpock Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832.
