Summary
Rezoning from Corporate Office (O-2) to Residential (R-MF) with a conditional use planned development to permit exceptions for ordinance requirements to permit multifamily development. Initial proposal includes the conversion of an existing office building and construction of new buildings to provide up to 400 dwelling units.
On December 13, 2022, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0087 on Property located at 1100 Gateway Centre Parkway. Patriot Towers at Gateway Centre is a request to rezone from Corporate Office (O-2) to Residential (R-MF) with a conditional use planned development to permit exceptions for ordinance requirements to permit multifamily development. Initial proposal includes the conversion of an existing office building and construction of new buildings to provide up to 400 dwelling units.
This community meeting will be held at virtually beginning at 6:00pm.
