Rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) with a conditional use planned development to permit exceptions to ordinance requirements plus conditional use to permit recreational vehicle parking and neighborhood recreational facilities to permit residential community to include a mix of single-family dwelling and townhouse dwelling units and a restaurant.. Initial proposal includes up to 163 single family dwellings units and 97 townhouse dwelling units.
