Conditional use to permit parking 5 vehicles on the property for a business from the home.
On November 30, 2022, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 22SN0019 on Property located at 2560 Gwynn Avenue. The applicant for this case, Chesterfield County Planning Commission, has initiated a zoning request on behalf of the property owner, Jesse Lennon, to rezone the Property from Community Business C-3 & General Business C-5 to Community Business C-3 plus a conditional use to permit the existing multifamily dwellings and conditional use planned development to permit modifications to development standards on 1.65 acres.
This community meeting will be held at virtually beginning at 6:00pm.
