On May 23, 2023, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0004 for 9401 Hopkins Road, 9411 Hopkins Road, 9501 Hopkins Road, 9521 Hopkins Road, 9545 Hopkins Road, 9555 Hopkins Road, 9601 Hopkins Road, and 4500 Old Lane.
The applicant for this case, DR Horton, is requesting amendment of prior zoning case (Case 19SN0602 ) to modify the development standards (including garages, driveways, recreational areas and focal point, porch floor materials, and conceptual elevations).
This community meeting will be held at virtually and will begin at 6:30 p.m.
