CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Richmond Food Mart located at 6500 Route 1 about 1:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 11. No one was injured in the incident.
Police said a Black male suspect approached an employee inside the business and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the area.
The suspect is described as a Black male, with a beard, wearing a dark colored jacket with a grey hoodie and cap.
