Amend prior zoning case (78SN0160) relative to permitted uses plus conditional use to permit a use not specifically enumerated in the zoning ordinance (substance use disorder treatment facility)
On November 7, 2023, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0046 for 2529 Professional Road. The applicant for this case, VABODE, is requesting to amend Zoning Case 78SN0160 relative to the proffered conditions to allow a residential substance abuse disorder treatment facility as a permitted use on the site.
This community meeting will be held at virtually on Microsoft Teams and will begin at 6:00 p.m. If you are interested in attending the meeting, please RSVP by 5 p.m. on November 6th. If no one RSVPs for the meeting by then, the meeting will be cancelled.
