CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police are searching for a missing man who has not been seen since May 12, 2023.
Roy K. Powell, 51, was reported missing by family on May 15, 2023, when he did not return home. Powell, of no permanent address, also did not return a vehicle he had borrowed from a relative.
Powell is described as a Black male, about 6 feet tall and weighing about 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
