On Monday, December 11, 2023, a community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0083 located at 1501 Old Bermuda Hundred Road. The applicant for this case, Jimmy Shelton, is requesting to rezone from Agricultural (A) to General Industrial (I-2) with a conditional use planned development to permit exceptions to Ordinance requirements plus a waiver to connect to the public wastewater system. A contractor's storage yard is proposed.
