Amend 21SN0687 relative to permitted uses to allow a water storage tank plus conditional use planned development for an exception to the side yard setback requirement. A new 146' tall water tank with communications antennas collocated on the tank is proposed. The height includes the height of the antennas. The required side yard setback is 131' and the applicant is requesting a 50' side yard setback.
On December 7, 2023, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0091 for 4001 Cogbill Road. The applicant for this case, Chesterfield County Utilities, is requesting to amend Zoning Case 21SN0687 to add a water storage tank as a permitted use plus conditional use planned development for exception to the side yard setback requirement. A 146-feet tall water storage tank is proposed.
This community meeting on December 7, 2023 will be held at virtually and will begin at 6:30 p.m. If you would like to attend the meeting, please contact the zoning case manager for the request by 5:00 p.m. on December 6, 2023. If no one responds by then, the meeting will be cancelled.
