Amendment of prior zoning (Case 04SN0205) to modify the design requirements of garages as well as delete the requirement to record restrictive covenants for the Tuckmar Subdivision.
On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, a community meeting will be held to discuss pending Zoning Case 23SN0112 for the Tuckmar Subdivision, which is located at 3701 Tuckmar Pond Drive. The applicant for this case is requesting amendment of prior zoning (Case 04SN0205) to modify the design requirements of garages as well as delete the requirement to record restrictive covenants for the Tuckmar Subdivision. This community meeting will be held in person beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Main Street Homes Office.
