CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Ride Aid at 7228 Hull Street Road at about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29. No one was injured during the incident.
Police said a man entered the business, approached the pharmacist and asked about over-the-counter medication. The pharmacist took him to the appropriate aisle, answered his questions and returned to the pharmacy. A few moments later, the man approached the pharmacist again; this time, the man demanded prescription medication. Upon receiving the medication, the suspect fled. The suspect did not display a weapon.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 25-30 years old and 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a dark red, hooded jacket, dark-colored pants and a surgical mask.
