On Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, a virtual community meeting will be held to discuss pending zoning case 22SN0096 on property located at the 4901 Cogbill Road. The applicant for this case, Chesterfield County Planning Commission, is requesting conditional use plus conditional use planned development to permit the installation of an electronic message center sign component on the existing freestanding identification sign for Meadowbrook High School in a Residential R-7 District.
