Elizabeth Russell is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who works on the adult substance use services team. Over the course of her career, she has found that we are not so different in our universal human needs. We all want empathy and understanding, community and belonging, and meaning and authenticity. If she can help people meet those needs, then she has done her part. She is passionate about mental health education and helping others feel heard and understood. Elizabeth enjoys various creative pursuits when not at work.
