Kathy Chernicky is a certified substance abuse counselor (CSAC) and a member of the adult substance use services team. Over the course of her career, she has found that clients will open up and talk when they realize that they won’t be judged. She believes that compassion is crucial in this field. Kathy is passionate about butterfly gardening and saving monarch butterflies. When she is not at work, you can find her digging in the dirt and planting new seeds.
